The process involves profiling and cutting bare metal, forging, master grinding, heat treating, quenching, tempering, final grinding, hand sanding, and the creation of scales. Each razor receives my utmost attention, as I am a perfectionist who takes the necessary time to refine my work. For me, crafting straight razors is an art form, distinct from mass-produced factory items devoid of soul. The passion for straight razors and the positive feedback from my customers sustain my dedication.
