This razor is being offered for sale from a seller under consignement. It is in my possesion and ready to ship.
This is a vintage Wade & Butcher razor from the late 1800s, early 1900s. They are part of a 7 day set, however the days are mostly faded. One razor of seven was missing , so they will be listed seperately. This is razor 3. They all measure about the same.
The razor is all original. The scales are pre-ban and show no sign of cracks. The engraving is still very present. They all have some kind of staining and pitting, mostly around the tang/pivot/tang area. I don't believe any of them have ever been shaved with. The hollow ground and edge are very clean. This one has tiny, micro, barely noticeable residual surface stains on the hollow ground.
