A rare and historical Darwin X6 Deluxe model safety razor made in England, with the head made from Cobalt. The handle is stainless steel. There are a few reasons for this, which are explained in detail under the deluxe history on the darwinshaving website.
The razor is in great condition, except for a chip on the corner of the cobalt cap. Cobalt is super hard, so it can also make the razor brittle, which is why you might see cracks or chips on many specimen, which unfortunately is not uncommon. I've also noticed two micro fissures on the bottom plate around the center hole, hard to capture, but nonetheless present. It does not affect the shave or function of the razor at all. Handle tightens securely and it's fully functional as a shaver.
