This authentic bright Peruvian Blue Opal is a rare Opal from Arequipa State in southern Peru. It is mined in small hard rock mines in the high elevation desert west of the Andes. Peruvian Blue Opal is quite a rare stone that can only be found in the Andes Mountains, close to San Patricio, Peru. It is a 100% natural gemstone with no treatments or enhancements. The stone radiates blue, green and turquoise. It's a translucent stone that resembles the colors of the Caribbean Sea.

The ring band and bezel are made of 18K yellow gold.
The backing is made from tarnish resistant sterling silver.
The round ring band is 1.60mm thick.
The Peruvian blue opal gemstone measures 11mm x 8mm.
The ring weighs 3gm and has a polished finish.
 
The featured handmade ring is ready to ship in size 6 and I can stretch it out to a size 7.

We sell all rings in US ring sizes. I recommend you go into a jewelry store to obtain your accurate ring size. Don't second guess your ring size. It takes many hours to hand make a ring from scratch so it is best to be sure of your size. Once the ring has been stretched the sale is final and the ring cannot be returned.
