This is a vintage Otto Fromm Cutlery Co. - 13/16 - Red Head 50 - Germany from the early to mid 1900's.
Blade is in overall excellent condition. Blade centers nicely, closes center and pins are tight. Scales are straight and bolsters are beautifully preserved.
