This razor is being offered for sale from a seller under consignment. It is in my possession and ready to ship.
 
The seller had me clean up the razor so I was able to thoroughly remove all blemishes around the pivot area. Subsequently, before attaching the scales I was also able to give the razor an overall cleaning and polish. The razor does have remaining, residual surface stains and several micro pits (hard to photograph) but nothing that affects the edge and overall it's in good condition. The spine, tang, and tail look great. The scales are straight and the razor closes and centers nicely.
