This is a Filarmonica #14 Doble Temple Jose Monserrat Pou - Spain
 
Blade is in overall splendid shape and is for the most part clean. The etching is still present with most of the gold-wash still present and some fading. Tang engraving is crisp and clean. Original scales are straight and clean. Close up pictures always makes everyting look worse.
