This is a Filarmonica 14 Doble Temple Jose Monserrat Pou - Spain, second generation (1967-1979)
 
Blade is in overall splendid shape and is for the most part clean with just a few surface stains. The etching looks great with most of the gold-wash still present. Tang engraving is crisp and clean. Original scales are clean and blade sits snug and centers nicely.
