This is an Inox Dovo razor with highly polished stainless steel handle in excellent condition. It's also from Dovo's better overall quality era as the tang (front and back) is engraved which Dovo stopped doing around 2010. The latest Dovo razors have the tang laser etched and the stainless steel scales are matte, flimsy and overall not of the same high quality it once was.
 
They are being sold sold as 5/8 however I measured the razor to be 11/16.
