This is a Butch Harner custom razor. Butch was an American knife maker from Pennsylvania. He made a bunch of straight razors many years ago but has stopped since. From what I have heard, he had to stop bladesmithing due to health issues.
This is one of his damascus razors, forged and ground full hollow. Scales are acrylic and are for the. most part straight. Blade does center and closes nicely.
